Join Our Hospitality & Events Team as a Kitchen Assistant

In this role, you'll be an essential part of our catering operation, supporting the preparation and delivery of delicious food across our campus outlets. From lively cafés to formal university events, you'll help us create great experiences for our students, staff, and visitors.
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting chefs with food preparation
Maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
Helping with deliveries, stock rotation, and general organisation
Keeping the kitchen running smoothly during busy service times

What We Offer
Permanent, full-time role – 36.5 hours per week across 5 days (some weekend work required)
£22,728 per year, plus generous benefits
22 days annual leave (rising to 27 after five years), plus bank holidays and Christmas closure days
