Position Overview
General Assistant position to work alongside the chef to support our restaurant operations. Shifts from Monday to Friday - 8:00 to 14:30.
Responsibilities
* Monitor counters and chillers to maintain cleanliness, stock, and presentation per our six principles.
* Regularly check restaurant areas for consistent cleanliness with meticulous attention to detail.
* Listen carefully and take instructions from manager, providing prompt and efficient service at all times.
* Communicate confidently with customers, gaining feedback and reacting to their needs to ensure a positive experience.
* Follow procedures and good food safety practices, holding Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
* Good merchandising skills and till experience.
* Ability to listen, take instructions, and provide prompt efficient service.
