Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee multiple projects and clients, supporting both operational businesses and pre-opening ventures. Reporting to the Senior Operations team, you will ensure the delivery of operational excellence across all touchpoints, working hands-on with teams, systems, and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple hospitality projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to Copper Beech standards
Liaise daily with the Project Manager to manage workflow, critical paths, and deliverables
Develop on-the-ground teams, including recruitment, org charts, rotas, training, and SOPs
Design operational management plans, service flows, and key client-facing documentation
Collaborate with suppliers across design, food & beverage, HR, recruitment, and systems
Advise clients on delivering exceptional service across F&B, wellness, fitness, and accommodations
Provide competitor research, analysis, and market insights to inform the project development
Oversee compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring all. Documentation is in order
Maintain clear internal communication and provide regular updates to the Senior Operations team
Key Skills and Experience
Proven background in hospitality operations, preferably with F&B or members club experience
Strong leadership and people management skills across all organisational levels
Excellent organisational abilities and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
Financial literacy, including P&L, budgeting, and cash flow management
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of operational systems (EPOS, reservations, stock, HR, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Canva, Asana, Dropbox, or similar tools
Customer- and member-focused mindset, with an ability to balance client and operational needs
