Job Description Sales Operations is an integral function for the Totaljobs Group UK and the Stepstone Group. Our mission to support and enable sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively by providing strategic & tactical direction and reducing friction in the sales process. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Commercial Analytics & Operations team, responsible for the growth of our business by delivering on critical sales processes and projects, ensuring we build a platform that drives scalable growth of the business. You will be responsible for addressing day to day operational requirements, and actively collaborating and leading projects aligned to the team priorities. Core team responsibilities include, territory / account alignment, sales capacity planning, overseeing end-to-end starters, movers, leavers process, managing month end processes, and managing rules of engagement / business policy questions.
Key Responsibilities:
Territories management: Work with sales leaders to ensure our territory model is designed and applied across the sales teams to maximise sales impact and reflect market demand. Manage the territories change process for sales reps, to build/reassign territories.
Sales capacity planning: coordinate the Continuous to evolution of the sales headcount model aligned to defined territories, in partnership with HR and finance.
Rules of engagement: Define and document Rules of engagement for the business. Manage and support incoming queries from sales reps around the rules of engagement, business policies, account, and lead allocation. Execute on account ownership changes in line with defined business rules.
End of month processes: Partner with the Finance and Commissions teams, to ensure all time critical month end processes are executedagainst.
Process Improvements: Continuously review, document and iterate processes to set the business up for success. Oversee end-to-end systems and data processes for starters, movers, leavers across the Sales organisation.
Ad hoc activities: Lead and own evolving requests to support the needs of the business working with required stakeholders
Qualifications Skills, know-how and experience:
Strong analytical skills to pro-actively tackle challenges
Effective communicator
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Good MS Office skills
Intermediate Excel
Problem solver
Accurate with strong attention to detail
Independent worker that can effectively prioritise and manage time
Positive attitude to work and change
Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning CRM
