EYFS Qualified Teaching Assistant – Long Term Role | S14 | Start After October Half Term
Are you an enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding long-term role?
Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and experienced EYFS-qualified TA to join a welcoming primary school in the S14 area of Sheffield. This position will begin after October half term and will run for the remainder of the academic year.
The Role:
* Supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery & Reception)
* Assisting with learning activities and providing targeted support to individuals and small groups
* Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Working closely with the class teacher and other staff to deliver engaging lessons
* Supporting the development of children’s language, social, and early academic skills
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
* Has previous EYFS experience in a school or nursery setting
* Demonstrates strong communication skills and a nurturing approach
* Is reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing
* Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
