Are you ready to drive digital innovation at Lancashire County Council?
We’re seeking a proactive and analytical Digital Innovation Business Analyst to identify and deliver opportunities for digital transformation that support continuous improvement across the Council.
As a Digital Innovation Business Analyst you will:
1. Collaborate with senior business and digital stakeholders to identify and shape opportunities for digital innovation.
2. Develop business cases and support early planning for new digital capabilities, ensuring alignment with technical strategy.
3. Lead analysis and delivery of proof of concepts and pilot projects, focusing on practical business deployment of new technology.
4. Work closely with Enterprise Architecture and other teams to ensure seamless integration and successful outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
5. Relevant professional qualification or degree, with substantial experience in business analysis or similar roles.
6. Proven experience in developing business cases, overseeing pilot projects, and working with senior stakeholders to adopt new technologies.
7. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and drive change.
8. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of digital innovation in service delivery.
