Job Description:
About Us:
We at Best Practice Network share the belief that every child, regardless of their background, should benefit from an excellent education. To achieve that, we support and train the educational professionals who work alongside them to be the best they can be, so in turn, they can transform the lives of children and young people.
We're a friendly, DfE accredited, Ofsted outstanding training company providing apprenticeships, professional development, and the DfE's 'Golden Thread'. We are adaptable, collaborative, and genuinely value the work we do to support the education sector, as much as our trainees do.
Our people are at the heart of our business and our passion and commitment to education is what drives us. As a result, we have seen incredible growth over the last few years both nationally and internationally.
We aim to be an employer where everyone can be themselves, do their best in an inclusive working environment, and where all colleagues can thrive and reach their full potential. We want to attract, develop, and retain individuals with different experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives.
About the Role:
To carry out leadership and operational management to ensure a highly effective experience for the delivery of Leaders Apprenticeship with NPQ programmes while maintaining data quality, compliance, and funding adherence. Use data analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and ensure learners follow individualised pathways to maximise their potential and progress towards timely success.
You will:
* Work with Apprenticeship Performance Coaches (APCs) and IQA to achieve operational excellence, meeting and exceeding KPIs, tracking and monitoring learner progress to ensure timely completion of all apprenticeship elements including additional learning support.
* Ensure the delivery of apprenticeship programmes adheres to regulations from bodies such as Ofsted and DfE, whilst meeting learner and client expectations.
* Use Bud/CCMS data to identify trends, potential actions, and anticipated funding audit risks, providing regular analysis reports to leadership.
* Support the operational activities of APCs and team members to meet contractual targets in terms of success rates, non-starters, referrals, and progressions.
* Support and drive improvements in NPS scores from learner and employer feedback.
* Maintain high data quality standards, ensuring compliance with funding rules and identifying optimisation opportunities.
* Develop and maintain protocols for metrics and data, available and up-to-date daily, utilising all available information from internal and external systems.
* Ensure staff are trained and updated on compliance, Ofsted, and funding regulations.
* Support business growth by working with the sales department to maximise new business and learner recruitment.
* Track learners to ensure timely achievement of apprenticeships, including gateway preparation and End Point Assessment arrangements.
Job Responsibilities

* Programme Support and Management: Collaborate with teams to improve tools, systems, and reporting. Work with finance to ensure compliance and timely funding.
* Quality Management: Support report preparation, maintain standards, and contribute to continuous improvement and learner experience enhancement.
* Continuous Professional Development: Participate in staff development, maintain a PDP, and engage in performance management processes.
* Administration: Assist with documentation, record learner progress, and ensure all safeguarding policies are followed.
* Other: Promote equality and diversity, support health and safety, and undertake any other duties as required.
