Prima Group is an ambitious, forward‑thinking and innovative place to work, where our people are key to our success and we are Gold Award members of Investors in People.</p><h3>Overview</h3><p>As a Communication & Marketing Advisor you will tell the story of Prima by delivering a comprehensive communication and marketing service for the Group, focusing on best practice, improving quality, consistency and impact of our communications and output.</p><h3>Location</h3><p>Flexible hybrid working arrangements between home and Prima offices.</p><h3>Salary</h3><p>£31,750 per annum (including an essential car‑user allowance of £1,460 per annum).</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Plan communication and campaigns, and manage the consistent distribution of information to all stakeholders.</li><li>Identify, research and develop opportunities and content that present a positive image of the organisation, raise its profile, develop its reputation and maximise reach.</li><li>Coordinate the preparation of press releases, provide content and responses to media enquiries, and develop good working relationships with media outlets.</li><li>Promote Prima’s activities to relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Create content and regularly update and prepare relevant material for all channels – print, digital, social media and emerging platforms.</li><li>Monitor the effectiveness and impact of marketing and communications campaigns and use this data to inform decision making.</li><li>Support the planning and management of events where promotion of Prima and its activities is required.</li><li>Liaise with external suppliers (print, mailing houses, web hosts, merchandise companies) to ensure value for money.</li><li>Act as brand ambassador and control the creative design and publications of communication, marketing and promotional materials.</li><li>Design and manage the website, collate content, format the site, and manage functionality for users, including accessibility requirements.</li><li>Produce corporate documents (annual report, customer newsletters and other regular publications), collating data and content using design software.</li><li>Shoot and edit visual content, create videos, images and graphics using cameras, video recording equipment and drones.</li><li>Support Prima in identifying and submitting award nominations and applications where relevant to our objectives.</li><li>Manage the communication aspect of the intranet, ensuring content is engaging.</li><li>Support other teams with drone usage for surveys and other uses.</li><li>Work with partners to develop content, communications and marketing materials (e.g. LCR and CHP), and manage their social media accounts and websites as required.</li></ul><h3>Person Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proactive, self‑starting and self‑motivated.</li><li>Creative approach to communications.</li><li>Relationship management skills.</li><li>Organised.</li><li>Project management experience.</li><li>Adaptable.</li><li>Customer focus.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Influencing skills, able to communicate at all levels.</li><li>Demonstrates drive and resilience.</li><li>Full driving licence and use of a car for work.</li></ul><h3>Skills & Competencies</h3><ul><li>Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.</li><li>Marketing/communications/PR qualification, degree or equivalent;
