Key Responsibilities

* Lead on child protection work, including investigations, planning, and court proceedings.
* Produce high-quality reports and maintain accurate case records.
* Support and mentor less experienced colleagues where appropriate.
Requirements
* Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
* Proven experience in children\'s services, including safeguarding and court work
* Strong understanding of legislation and statutory guidance
* Confident in managing complex cases and working independently
