Job Description:
We are recruiting a Senior Data Product Owner to join the Chief Information Office (CIO) – Investments, Wealth and Retirement (IWR) team. The role involves delivering new customer journeys, driving continuous improvement, and focusing on providing the best customer experience for our Wealth business, which includes individual and corporate clients. The role supports digital, operational, marketing, and analytical use cases.
The Data Product Owner acts as the key liaison between the business, data, and delivery teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, technical requirements, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crafting product roadmaps that promote growth and utilize data effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing new customer journeys and understanding customer needs through data analysis.
* Translating business vision into actionable requirements and solutions.
* Improving customer journeys underpinned by the Salesforce CRM platform.
* Defining and communicating product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Maintaining a prioritized roadmap based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
* Collaborating with business and technology teams to support decision-making and delivery.
* Driving user experience and end-user journeys, ensuring alignment on outcomes and standards.
* Supporting project teams, translating requirements into user stories, and managing the project lifecycle.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in utilizing data to enhance customer experience within Wealth.
* Knowledge of data principles for operational, regulatory, and strategic purposes.
* Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms is desirable.
* Proactive delivery mindset with Agile methodology experience.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders.
* Problem-solving skills through data-led technology solutions.
