BCHA is a diverse and growing specialist housing, learning, and support provider based in the South West. We support individuals facing issues such as homelessness, domestic abuse, mental health, and substance misuse. We value equality, dignity, and respect for everyone.
We assist with accessing healthcare, maximizing income, budgeting, debt management, and other support services. We have an opportunity for a Complex Needs Support Worker at our Next Steps Accommodation Programme in Exeter. This role allows you to make a meaningful difference as part of a supportive and professional team.
Position:
Based at Morwenna Court, Exeter, but travel to customers’ homes for outreach and one-on-one support is essential. The goal is to help customers move towards sustainable independent living.
Previous experience with homelessness or socially excluded groups and understanding of safeguarding is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. The key qualities are the right attitude and personal qualities.
