The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Wealth Operations Specialist with experience in pensions and investments including SIPP, ISA and GIA transfers, to join our Wealth Operations team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the team and assist our customers in making the most out of their investments with Plum.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Be the go-to escalation point for specialised technical queries or high-risk items.
2. Work on complex cases, resolve escalations, complaints and exception cases that require product or regulatory and quality assurance insight.
3. Support customers and internal teams by providing answers to queries regarding the ISA product.
4. Maintain and have ownership over Operational Product Processes & Guidelines.
5. Collaborate with third-party providers to ensure fast processing of transfer requests and resolve customer queries quickly.
6. Ensure all processes are mapped and documented, identify inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities, and develop plans to implement improvements.
7. Deliver training sessions and support onboarding of new team members including Senior Analysts, Analysts, and Administrators.
8. Cascade and deliver process improvements to the team.
9. Work closely with Product and Tech teams to drive automation of reporting, transfers, payments, etc., and improve internal tooling.
10. Support the Investment Operations team with the day-to-day tasks of Plum's other wealth products (GIA, SIPP, ISA, ETFs, etc.).
11. Process back-office operations for SIPP transfers (in/out), including allocations and payments.
Who You Are
1. Have experience administering SIPP transfers.
2. Have good knowledge of pension regulations and reporting requirements.
3. Have working experience of the CASS rules, particularly CASS 6 & 7.
4. Have experience of cash and stock reconciliations.
5. Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to working collaboratively.
6. Have experience working in a back-office function of a FinTech business.
7. Are self-directed and can take the initiative.
8. Have a deep commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
9. Are willing to come into our central London office 2 days a week.
