You will work at the heart of our eCommerce operation with direct access to the Head of eCommerce and a clear line to decision-makers, with no ticket queue or dependency on someone elses sprint. We work in short two-week development sprints, run a continuous A/B testing programme, and expect every significant feature to be measured for commercial impact. You will collaborate with an external agency providing UX, design, and CRO support, allowing you to focus on building, integrating, and optimising.
