The Role:
As a Year 5 Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the Year 5 curriculum
* Support pupils to become independent learners with strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
* Use assessment to inform teaching and ensure good progress for all pupils
* Foster a classroom environment where pupils feel safe, valued, and motivated
* Work closely with your year group colleague and wider KS2 team
* Maintain strong communication with parents and carers to support learning at home
What We re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5
* Strong knowledge of the Year 5 curriculum and progression to Year 6
* Effective classroom management and the ability to motivate and inspire
* A creative, reflective, and inclusive approach to teaching
* A commitment to high expectations and supporting all learners to succeed
