Job Description:
Finatal is working with a leading established global private investor seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Investor Relations team. This is a highly sought-after opportunity to join a close-knit, growing team within a blue-chip fund that offers extensive exposure across the capital structure compared to traditional infrastructure funds.
Responsibilities
* Participate in all aspects of fundraising project management and prepare due diligence materials for infrastructure strategies
* Draft marketing presentations and fund documentation
* Conduct market analysis and research
* Assist in preparations for investor meetings
* Respond to investor data requests
* Support intra-fundraising activities such as valuation presentations, AGMs, LPABs, and LP monitoring
* Track and update investor information; monitor fundraising efforts
* Support senior relationship managers
Requirements
* 1-2 years of infrastructure experience preferred
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills
* Proficiency in Excel; modeling skills are a plus
* Ability to conduct research, solve problems, and learn quickly
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
* Experience in creating high-quality presentations and materials
* Excellent organizational and project management skills
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Interpersonal skills and customer orientation
* Ability to work independently and in small teams with responsibility
* Ability to work under pressure with senior personnel
* Experience in analyst programs at leading investment banks
* Educational background from a top-tier institution
