MAP Legal are partnering with a highly regarded Legal 500 construction practice that is seeking to expand its disputes team with the addition of a talented Construction Disputes Senior Associate.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a firm sought-after in litigation and arbitration by a diverse client base that spans the residential real estate development and energy and natural resources sectors.
Role
* Handling a broad caseload of complex construction and engineering disputes
* Working across adjudication, litigation, arbitration, and dispute avoidance
* Collaborating with a team recognised for its technical excellence and supportive culture
What We’re Looking For
* 3-5 PQE with strong construction disputes experience
* A solid grounding in contentious construction work from a reputable firm
* Confident communicator with excellent drafting and analytical skills
* Ambitious, collaborative, and eager to progress within a leading practice
