Keyresponsibilities:
CarryoutindependentlineQCchecksandsupportLineQualityControllers(LQCs)
Identifynon-conformancesandimplementcorrectiveactionswithmanagers
Conducthygiene,GMP,glass,andtraceabilityauditsaccordingtoschedule
VerifyCCPsandmanagenon-conformingproductsviatheQCholdsystem
Leaddailytastepanelsandactonanyissuesraised
Providetrainingtostaffatalllevels,includingLQCs,machineoperators,andteamleaders
SupportHACCPreviews,factorytrials,andNPDinitiatives
Representthetechnicalteamindailyproductionmeetingsandinvestigatecustomercomplaints
MaintainaccurateQCrecords,documentation,andproducttraceability
