We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high‑performing team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving performance targets, and fostering a positive working culture. Key Responsibilities
* Support the store management team across all product areas and back‑of‑house functions.
* Run the store when required and lead a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes.

* Take a hands‑on approach to commercial and operational activities by working alongside staff.
* Ensure communication remains up‑to‑date and accurate to meet business needs.
* Represent the brand and deliver a fantastic shopping experience for customers.
