Our leading Estate Agents, in Birmingham City Centre, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our busy Lettings team. Key responsibilities include: Booking and conducting property viewings. Provisionally vetting prospective tenants. Effectively negotiating and finalising tenancies. Providing regular contact and feedback to landlords and applicants. Updating and maintaining the company’s CRM system. Ensuring properties are compliant with current regulations. Our ideal candidate will be: Punctual both in arriving at work and when conducting appointments. Eloquent, friendly and able to quickly build rapport. Organised and able to manage different parts of the lettings process simultaneously. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Keen to provide the very best level of customer service at all times. Already in possession of a full driving license and car.
