Working as part of a team, you will care for up to 18 children; attending to their personal care, as well as planning learning opportunities to enhance their knowledge and build on their existing skills. Your responsibilities In your role, you will work as a key person to support a small group of key children, which will include: Liaising with the families and ensuring that personal care routines are followed. Regularly updating online learning journeys with observations. Planning and implementing learning opportunities for individuals and groups of children. What you will need Level 2 or above full and relevant childcare qualification. Experience of working with younger children. Experience of being a key person.
