Account Manager
Location: Bedford

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join a fast-paced and growing team. This is a key position responsible for managing important customer relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of both commercial and operational objectives. Acting as the central link between clients and internal departments, you will play a vital role in driving growth, improving performance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities as an Account Manager:
Manage and develop day-to-day relationships with key customers, acting as the main point of contact
Create and execute account plans to support growth and long-term partnership success
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and proactively identify new business opportunities
Prepare quotations and track account performance against targets
Oversee contracts, order books, and customer scheduling requirements
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery
Resolve customer queries in a timely manner and support continuous improvement activities
Produce regular reports on performance, KPIs, and account activityAbout you as an Account Manager:
Proven experience in account management or project management roles
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Experience using ERP or similar business systems
