We are seeking an junior Assistant Manager in Clothing Retail to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise team ,assign work
* Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
* Train and evaluate employees ,monitor performance
* Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting, controlling expenses/shortages
* Resolve customer complaints
* Support manager in overall operation
* Responsible to develop and participate in management decisions and actions under the direction of store manager
* Loss prevention awareness
* Open or close store
* Merchandising
Qualifications:
* Previous 6 month experience in retail clothing, customer service, or other related fields
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Strong leadership qualities
* Must be multi-tasking
* Open availability required.
