Role Overview
As a Sales Director, you will own and accelerate revenue growth by shaping, leading, and scaling the go-to-market strategy for their suite of products and services. You will bridge marketing, sales, and product to drive demand, educate the market, and drive mass adoption from, creative and SMB customers on the value of production solutions.

Experience required For the Sales Director role
* 7+ years in SaaS / martech / cloud sales leadership with a proven track record hitting quota.
* Strong experience selling technology solutions into creative, enterprise, or commercial teams (software, platforms, or integrated tools).
* Deep understanding of martech concepts: CRM, automation, analytics, revenue operations, pipeline optimization.
* Data-driven and metrics-oriented — able to interpret dashboards, pipeline health, and forecasts.
* Comfortable in early-stage, fast-paced environments and can pivot priorities with agility.
* Experience in content, media, or creative technology sector.
