We are now embarking on a five-year investment programme to transform our stores: refits with state-of-the-art fixtures, immersive displays, and modern retail technology, all to showcase our premium partnerships and create an inspiring retail experience for our customers.
The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a creative, passionate, and commercially minded individual to join us as a Visual Merchandiser, a role built around shaping the look, feel, and retail experience across 4 key stores in your region. If you’re a supervisor or store manager with visual merchandising experience, or simply a flair for storytelling through space, product, and design, this could be the start of a rewarding career in visual retail.
What you’ll do:
* Lead store-level visual and experience standards across your region acting as the guardian of brand presentation and premium standard.
* Be hands on to ensure Visual Merchandising standards are upheld and collaborate with store teams. Coach, upskill and inspire them to maintain high visual standards through hands-on training
* Provide feedback and insight: identify commercial & visual opportunities, and communicate these back to head-office Visual Merchandising team
* Play a key role in upcoming refits and store-enhancement projects
Who we’re looking for:
* You’re creative and have an eye for styling, layout, and storytelling through space and product
* You’re a strong communicator, able to lead, influence and coach store teams across the stores
* You’re organised, flexible, and comfortable working across a small number of stores (travel will be required)
* You share our passion for delivering a premium customer experience
Why this is a great time to join:
* You’ll become a foundational part of our five-year transformation. This is a rare chance to help shape and lead our store experience vision from the ground up
* Working with leading outdoor and lifestyle brands, and a wide, exciting product range
* Competitive rewards: base salary, bonus scheme, staff discounts and more
How to apply:
Send us your CV. If you're a supervisor with Visual Merchandising exposure and you can send us any visual examples or photos of previous merchandising, styling, store layout or display work, please send it through. We welcome applications from people who may not have a traditional Visual Merchandising background but have a strong visual flair and leadership potential.
