We are exclusively working with this client, and this is a key role supporting national account customers and the external National Accounts Sales Team, offering a blend of customer care, reporting, administration, and commercial support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys data, excels in customer communication, and can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level customer support to national account customers, ensuring exceptional service at all times. Work closely with the external National Accounts Sales Team to support commercial activity and customer requirements. Analyse sales and customer data, producing accurate reports within agreed timescales. Set up and manage regular reporting schedules, formatting, producing, and distributing reports as required. Assist with escalated queries, helping to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Develop strong product and service knowledge to support customer enquiries and internal teams. Collaborate with internal departments, including Customer Service and E-Commerce, to ensure seamless customer journeys. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems, including ERP and Excel-based reporting tools. Contribute new ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in an account support, administrative, or customer-facing role. Strong analytical ability with confidence in working with data. Advanced Excel skills and strong general IT capability; ERP experience is highly beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised with the ability to work to short deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling data. A proactive team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to high service standards. Confidence in dealing with customers and colleagues at all levels.
