Length of assignment: 3 months with review for extension
Hours per week: 37, Monday-Friday
Hourly rate: £14.03
Location: Northampton NN5 5JW
Remote/Office based: Hybrid (2 days home, 3 days in office)

Opus People Solutions is recruiting on behalf of Northamptonshire Partnership Homes for a Recruitment Administrator to manage all processes related to recruitment, onboarding, and exits.
Main responsibilities:
1. Manage all administrative tasks relating to recruitment, onboarding, and exits.
2. Manage the recruitment process, including drafting offer/rejection letters, contracts of employment, liaising with candidates and recruiting managers, and ensuring all system actions are completed for a smooth transition of successful candidates.
3. Handle new starter checklists, including verifying right to work in the UK and collating information for payroll registration (P45/HMRC Starter Checklist, NI, bank details).
4. Prepare welcome packs and conduct inductions for new starters.
5. Liaise with HR Advisor to ensure all staff are correctly added to the iTrent system.
6. Manage the exit process, including arranging exit questionnaires, ensuring leaver checklists are completed and returned, and collecting building passes, equipment, and clothing.
