Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor - London (£35,000-£45,000) Location: Central London Salary: £35,000-£45,000 (DOE) Employment Type: Full time, Permanent About the Role We're looking for an ambitious Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial team on a range of mechanical and electrical projects across London. This role is ideal for someone early in their QS career who wants hands on experience, structured development, and exposure to major building services projects. Key Responsibilities * Cost reporting - Assist in preparing cost plans, budgets, and financial updates. * Measurement & BOQs - Support the production of quantities and tender documentation. * Procurement support - Help evaluate subcontractor quotes and prepare tender analyses. * Valuations & variations - Contribute to monthly valuations and change management. * Contract administration - Assist with NEC/JCT documentation and project records. * Project coordination - Work closely with senior QSs, engineers, and site teams.
