Morgan McKinley is looking for Customer Service professionals to work for a great company based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex. The main purpose of the Contact Centre Agent job is to provide an excellent Customer Service via Inbound calls, outbound calls, e-mail, Web Chat etc. The Customer Service role is ideal for someone with proven Customer Services experience, working within a call centre / contact centre environment.
Salary: £26,728 + company benefits
Location: East Grinstead, hybrid working after 4-6 weeks training
Hours: 35 hour working week - shifts between 8.45am-6pm
Customer Service Agent duties:
Answer customer calls and handle queries
Respond to customer emails and live web chat
Provide a high level customer advice and information service to customers
Support and assist colleagues through sharing of knowledge and experience
Handle customer complaintsSkills & Experience Required:
Previous experience of working in a similar customer service type role, ideally within a busy Call Centre / Contact Centre environment.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to demonstrate a confident, empathetic approach to customer care
