A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Call Centre Team Leader/Telesales Manager to join a dynamic and customer-focused Financial Services organisation based in Brighton to support a team in delivering excellence in outbound sales and retention. Your new role
As a Sales Team Leader you’ll lead a team of 5–10 Advisors, driving outbound sales performance and revenue growth across multiple product lines.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. First-line supervision and performance management of your team
2. Delivering against strategic objectives, quality measures, and sales targets
3. Championing outbound sales activity and collaborating with internal stakeholders
4. Providing accurate management information (MI) to optimise business opportunities
5. Ensuringpliance, training, and continuous development of your team
6. Supporting cross-sale strategy and retention initiatives
7. Monitoring risk metrics and maintaining high standards of customer service
What you'll need to succeed
8. Proven track record in sales leadership within a call centre environment
9. Strong understanding of CRM systems and contact centre technologies
10. Experience managing risk,plaints, andpliance in a regulated environment
11. Ability to analyse performance data and implement process improvements
12. Skilled in delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining CPD standards
13. Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments
What you'll get in return
You’ll receive apetitive salary of £35,000 and work a week across two rotating shifts: Week One runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 5:30, while Week Two runs Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 6:30 and Friday from 9:00 to 5:30. This is a fully on-site role. While parking is not provided, there is a local parking option available at £ per month.
