Please note: this role is fully office-based, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Key Responsibilities As a Pharmacy Inbound Call Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals. You’ll handle incoming calls and emails regarding prescriptions, ensuring all queries are managed efficiently, accurately, and with empathy.
