Senior Systems Engineer - Model-Based Engineering & Digital Transformation
Location: Hertfordshire - Hybrid (2-3 days on-site per week)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive the continued development and implementation of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) across UK projects.
2. Lead initiatives to extend MBE principles across engineering disciplines, including Systems Analysis, Speciality Engineering, and model-driven design.
3. Spearhead the integration of generative AI into systems engineering workflows, including productivity tools and specialist toolkits.
4. Oversee engineering data modelling, governance, and analytics initiatives, ensuring effective deployment and utilisation.
