3. Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
5. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and financial efficiency.
7. Manage the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
8. Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure optimal performance.
9. Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.
10. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounting Manager should have:
11. Fluent Spanish speaking skills are essential
12. Professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
13. Proven experience in a leadership role within the accounting and finance department.
14. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
