About Our Client
Yorkshire-based Housing Association, looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to focus on planned works.
Job Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and delivery of the Association's Homes Strategy, ensuring alignment with business plan values, success factors, and objectives.
* Identify and implement a strategic approach to stock condition, asset data management, returns on investment, and investment planning (planned maintenance).
* Support management of development schemes and oversee the performance of professional partners in delivering new developments.
The Successful Applicant:
* Experience in implementing business and strategic plans and delivering results.
* Experience managing stock condition data.
* Experience conducting return on investment asset appraisals.
* Experience managing construction and maintenance projects from concept to completion, including defects liability periods.
