* The Project: A high-profile service tunnel logistics package involving the systematic decommissioning, rip-out, and replacement of approximately 300 meters of 300mm heavy-gauge mains pipework feeding into a centralized steam boiler plant. (Note: This is a pipework upgrade and modification package; it does not involve installing new commercial boilers).

🔧 Key Responsibiliti
* esCarry out the safe isolation, decommissioning, and strip-out of legacy mechanical pipework within a confined service tunnel environmen
* t.Install, fit, and align 300mm commercial mains pipework (copper/LCS configurations) leading directly into steam boiler system
* s.Work in strict alignment with live healthcare environment standards (HTM regulations), ensuring safety, dust, and noise mitigation
* s.Collaborate closely with site management and authorization engineers to safely execute plant room shutdowns without disrupting live estate operation
* s.Interpret mechanical engineering blueprints, circuit layout drawings, and isometric schematic
