JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer PQE: 2 PQE LOCATION: Norfolk SALARY: £Dependent on experience The Role: You’ll be managing a broad and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including: • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties • Re-mortgages • Transfers of equity • Daily liaison with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure a seamless process from instruction through to completion The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • 2 years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer) • A strong track record of managing freehold and leasehold transactions from start to finish • Exceptional organisational and communication skills • A client-focused and solution-driven approach • The ability to work independently while being a great team player • A proactive mindset with a passion for personal and professional growth Why Join Us?
