About the Role
Do you want to earn a minimum of £17.20 per hour? We’re looking for a Team Leader to join the Production team at our site in Scropton, Derbyshire.
As a Team Leader in the Primary department you will support the Section Managers in managing the intake, processing and grading of turkeys to meet the department’s KPIs. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, dynamic FMCG environment, noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short‑shelf‑life products where hygiene standards are critical.

Working Hours
Monday – Friday 06:00 – 15:00. You may be required to stay later to ensure tasks are completed.
Key Responsibilities
* Support ongoing training for all staff, including new starters and agency workers.
* Ensure product is correctly processed and prepared.
* Regularly report KPI data.
* Escalate issues to management in a timely manner.
* Conduct product checks to ensure safe cutting temperatures and product integrity.
* Minimise downtime of equipment by ensuring proper set‑up and changeover processes are followed.
Qualifications and Skills
* Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
* Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
* Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude.
* Experience within a production/manufacturing environment desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
