Office Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an administrator to be office based with our construction client in Whitstable.
This is a full time temp to perm position which is for an immediate start, working Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm for 25k-35k annual salary.
There is no flexibility for part time or hybrid working due to the size of the team.
The position would suit an individual with previous experience in an administration position. Applicants must be computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Duties will include:-
Managing office housekeeping: Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, including ordering supplies, and managing office systems
Supporting staff: Helping staff and management with tasks like scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence
Managing information: Organising and maintaining documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, and keeping employee and customer records
Communicating with clients: Answering queries and resolving issues for customers and clients, and greeting visitors at reception
Processing bookkeeping queries: day to day bookkeeping and inputting data, reconciliation, accounting preparation for end of month.
Supporting events: Helping to organise company events, including staff meetings, team-building activities, and other functions
Liaising with others: Working with suppliers, contractors, and staff in other departments
Maintaining office equipment: Ensuring all office equipment is running efficientlyTraining will be provided in house. Applicants must have a "can do" attitude
