Salary: £28,000 - 36,000 per year Requirements:
* I am looking for candidates with native or C1/C2 German language skills and fluent English, both written and spoken.
* You should have at least 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a managed service provider (MSP) or multi-client environment.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint is essential.
* Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy), and fundamental networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN) is required.
* A full, clean driving license is necessary for potential site visits in the future.
* Clear documentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences are important.
Responsibilities:
* You will own and resolve 2nd-line tickets escalated from 1st line within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
* Providing clear and empathetic support in both German and English across phone, remote, and email channels will be part of your daily tasks.
* Attending client calls and meetings in German while capturing actions and next steps in both languages will be expected.
* Supporting onboarding projects, which includes account provisioning, device preparation, and Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, will be your responsibility.
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft 365, Windows client/server, networking fundamentals, and common business applications is key to this role.
* You will collaborate with Cloud and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure and compliant service delivery.
* Occasionally, you may attend client sites in the UK or Germany to deliver diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and project-related tasks.
