We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our client, an Engineering company in Grimsby. This is a temporary position working 3 days per week (Mondays and Fridays plus 1 other day). Purpose of The Accounts Assistant Role: The purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day accounting. Accounts Assistant Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Bank reconciliation Raise sales invoices Oversee direct debit accounts Process purchase invoices Processing all bank payments Entering weekly hours ready for payroll Paying creditors Booking travel arrangements The Perfect Accounts Assistant will be: Experienced in using SAGE AAT qualified Previous experience in a similar role Ability to effectively communicate information Organised and efficient with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet key deadlines Proactive attitude If this sounds like the role for you, apply now!
