A premium international consumer brand is seeking an experienced Retail National Account Manager to join its growing UK operation based in Walton on Thames, Surrey.

Salary: £50,000 plus bonus.

Role
* Manage and develop relationships with major national retail accounts.
* Deliver account growth through strategic planning and commercial activity.
* Build and implement joint business plans with retail partners.
* Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
* Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and product.
* Support product launches, promotions, and retail initiatives.
* Attend client meetings and regular account reviews.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience within a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager role.
* Background within retail, premium consumer goods, or luxury brands.
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
* Experience managing large retail customers.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability.
* Well‑organised and proactive approach.
* Full UK driving licence preferred.
