Job Description:
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our therapeutic team. In this role, you'll support the emotional, social, and educational development of children in our care. Working within a nurturing environment, you will help young people build resilience and essential life skills, following the Children's Homes Regulations and OFSTED standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote positive relationships and provide high-quality care.
* Act as a key worker for young people, following and contributing to their individual care plans.
* Support educational and developmental activities.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, therapeutic setting.
Requirements:
* NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or a willingness to achieve this.
* Previous experience in a residential care setting for young people is a plus.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
* Full, clean driving license.

* Residential Children Services: 1 year (preferred)
