This post attracts a Living Wage supplement. In addition to the hourly rate, this post will receive the Living Wage supplement to bring the hourly rate up to a minimum of £13.45 per hour.
The Role
Due to the addition of our brand-new, school-led and very popular wraparound care provision in school which has been in place since September 2025, we are looking to appoint an additional person to join our brilliant school office team here in school to assist us with administrative tasks and support our wraparound care team.
Duties will include:
* Greeting families and pupils each morning
* Sending and responding to emails
* Answering phone calls and communicating with SGFS parents and carers
* Working alongside the ‘Skylarks’ wraparound team and managing bookings
* Other general administrative tasks, as required
The right candidate will:
* Be able to work independently and use their initiative, as well as being part of a team
* Have excellent communication skills, both in writing and face to face
* To be able to deal effectively and warmly with pupils, parents, staff and other key stakeholders and visitors
* To be able to work under pressure in a busy school office and prioritise tasks effectively
