What we're looking for:
* solid background in maintenance management and lifecycle program implementation as well as demonstrable experience of FM Services Delivery (at management level)
* working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
* experience of Lifecycle/project processes and delivery, from inception through to completion
* experience/knowledge of current Fire and Water Regulations
* experience/knowledge of working to SFG20 standards
* familiarity with health & safety, COSHH, and other relevant statutory regulations.
* ideally you will be 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulation Qualified or have relevant mechanical qualifications.
