Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing property management company with a portfolio of high-end residential flats across London.
This role offers the chance to become an integral part of a customer-centric team, supporting a premium client base and taking a hands-on approach to managing prestigious residential blocks in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
The Role:
As an Assistant Block Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio. This includes coordinating maintenance, service charge administration, and compliance.
In addition, you will be expected to liaise with key stakeholders, respond promptly to enquiries, contribute to financial administration, and support client relationships through excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing:
* Day-to-day property management tasks including maintenance coordination and repair oversight
* Service charge administration and financial reporting support
* Regular property inspections and compliance with health & safety regulations
* Client and contractor communication
* Preparing AGM documents and attending resident meetings
* Handling LPE1 forms, solicitor enquiries, and drafting s20 notices
* Supporting Building Safety Case matters
* Land Registry property searches
The Person:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Block Manager with no less than 5 years of solid experience in block management. You should have a customer-first attitude and be capable of managing a demanding workload with precision and professionalism.
A confident communicator with strong attention to detail, the ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high standards in service and compliance.
