We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in reward, HR, or compensation and benefits within a large, fast-paced organisation. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Comp & Benefits and working within the People team, you will support the day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Assist with salary changes, pay reviews, and annual reward processes Maintain accurate pay and benefits data within HR and payroll systems Support the administration of benefits such as pensions (auto-enrolment), life assurance, and salary sacrifice schemes Respond to employee queries relating to pay, pensions, and benefits Liaise with payroll and benefits providers to ensure accurate processing Support reward reporting, audits, and data checks Ensure compliance with UK legislation, including National Minimum Wage and pension auto-enrolment requirements About You Some experience in HR administration, payroll, or benefits support (or a strong interest in reward) Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail Clear and confident communication skills Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Well organised and keen to learn Working towards, or interested in, a CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential) A full UK driving licence is required due to regular travel across our regional sites.
