Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and preparation, along with excellent leadership skills to manage and inspire the team. Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
* Develop and implement creative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support to foster a collaborative team environment.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service delivery and guest satisfaction.
* Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary to meet our high standards.
* Conduct regular performance reviews for kitchen staff, identifying areas for improvement and professional development.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a restaurant environment.
* Strong culinary skills with extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
* Demonstrated experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals.
* In-depth understanding of food safety standards and best practices in hospitality.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and guests.

Pay: £35,174.31-£45,784.06 per year
