Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an administrator for our client based in Wolverhampton.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
* Acting as the first point of contact, managing reception, answering calls, and handling general emails.
* Monitoring and ordering stationery/supplies and liaising with vendors.
* Drafting, formatting, and printing documents, reports, and correspondence.
* Processing invoices, tracking expenses, or assisting with budget monitoring.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is highly desirable.
* High attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and a proactive attitude.
Hours of work: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.
£12.50 - £13.50 per hour. To secure the higher end of the salary bracket, you must be able to demonstrate competence in all areas of the specification.
