A leading global food company is seeking an NPD Assistant Manager to join its growing team in Hertfordshire. Reporting to the NPD Controller, this position plays a key role in supporting product development across all stages - from concept creation through to product launch. The role would suit someone with strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for food innovation. This is a collaborative position, working closely with internal teams such as Technical, Supply Chain, and Commercial, as well as directly engaging with customers and suppliers.
