About Us: At New Look, we are dedicated to delivering a great employee experience while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. We are seeking a dedicated Rewards and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team remotely. This role is crucial in optimising our Reward offering and delivering maximum benefit to our people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain knowledge of the benefits market and employer obligations to ensure compliance.
* Maintain job evaluation and structure.
* Benchmark roles to stay competitive.
* Manage annual pay, bonus, and benefits cycles.
* Oversee company car fleet and pension schemes.
* Manage third-party contracts, renewals, and budgets.
* Communicate Reward offerings through various mediums.
* Manage staff discount and privilege schemes.
* Own the Runway Rewards portal.
* Conduct annual Gender Pay Gap Analysis.
Skills Required:
* Organised with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong understanding of employee benefits, fleet management, and compensation approaches.
* Strong communicator and influencer.
* Proficiency in Excel (Essential), Adobe InDesign, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to analyse complex data and provide insights.
* Critical thinker, confident to challenge.
* Understanding of UK law and regulations impacting Reward practice.
