The Company

MTrec Commercial proudly represents our industry-leading client in their search for an experienced Operations Coordinator, starting in July. If you possess the required skills and experience, please apply for an immediate response.


The Role

* Respond to and log repair requests from clients
* Process Goods Received Notices to Job Cards
* Prepare new repair quotations and issue to clients
* Coordinate items ready for sale; invoice sales; prepare logistics paperwork for delivery
* Book delivery slots with clients' warehouses in line with contractual commitments
* Communicate with customers as needed
* Manage client queries related to rejected invoices
* Support HR administration
* Assist the Operations Manager with administrative tasks, including client visits
* Support business development activities, such as coordinating events
* Deputise for other team members when required
* Perform other reasonable tasks to support repair and project activities

The role operates Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, and Friday from 9am to 1pm, with flexible working hours.


Candidate Profile

* Experience with Microsoft Business Central is preferred
* Analytical approach to data understanding
* High attention to detail when handling data
* Ability to engage with different functions to gather and seek information
* Capability to present and communicate data effectively to various audiences
* Excellent customer service skills, both internally and externally
* Ability to prioritize work and escalate issues when necessary
* Strong skills in Word and Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint and Outlook essential
* Good organizational, administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills; good telephone manner
* Diplomacy, tact, and mediation skills
* Customer-focused with a proactive approach; ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with SAP and Protean is a plus but not essential
